APEX 155L New slim black bottle cooler with 110V 220V

They promised delivery in 45 days (60 for reserved). But after 60 days the product wasn't ready. I was told tests kept failing.
It finally shipped on day 122, 2 months late. Due to their delay I paid extra for an interim solution.
Upon receiving it:
* The finishing was rough. When I showed photos (attached), they admitted this machine was their "updated unit" and hence they did not have enough time to do a proper job .
* There were scratches inside and outside, repainted over - looked refurbished rather than new.
* A screw was missing for a sliding door spring to able coil back.
It seems they advertised a product that was not yet fully researched, designed and tested - this feels like false advertising to me. I found them highly unreliable and would strongly recommend against using this manufacturer based on my experience.
So sad...I had high epectation with this manufacturer beacsue of the high ratings!!
